Terms & Conditions

• Travel expenses: Sessions at home in the Oeiras area (included);

       Home sessions between 15km to 20km outside the municipality of Oeiras - 5 € / trip.

       Home sessions between 20km to 30km outside the municipality of Oeiras - 10 € / trip

• Each evaluation session lasts approximately 2 hours.

​

• Each training and / or follow-up session lasts approximately 1 hour.

​

• Respecting the confidentiality of tutors, an authorization will always be requested so that any photo or video taken during the sessions can be used by Dog Factor for commercial purposes.

​

• Payment must be made by bank transfer (with a proof sent to info@dogfactor.pt) or by MBWay at the time of booking to confirm the dates of the desired service.

​

• Rescheduling session at no additional cost with 48h notice. Cancellations less than 24h in advance of the session will mean the loss of the same.

​

• Dog Factor does not refund any amount paid.

​

• Dog Factor does not guarantee results, but scientifically proven tools that will be demonstrated in the session. Any and all future progress will depend essentially on the work and dedication of the tutors.

​

• In cases of aggression directed at people and other animals, the tutor is responsible for the behaviour of your dog during the session, if you do not follow the instructions given by Dog Factor.

• By making the payment for the desired service, you confirm that you have read and agree to all of the above and the privacy policy.
